Rising hazards

With the progress of human civilization, we are advancing towards a more complex existence. The modern lifestyle is full of hazards. The career

It is common to see paid, professional firefighters in countries like US, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Finland. Some other categories of firefighters are also found. Job description

Firefighters basic job is to rescue people and property from any kind of accident. They also make provisions to minimize the risk which can be caused due to fire and other hazards. It is seen that only one in every five calls is for a fire department.

• To take time to become acquainted with local streets, roads and buildings so that they can instantly arrive at the incident stop without delay
• To inspect and maintain the  fire engine
• To undertake drills and physical training and taking part in training on techniques, use of equipment and related matters;
• To educate and inform public to help promote fire safety
