The Oklahoma Court Network: Supreme Court and Others The Oklahoma Court System is a network of the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Civil Appeals, and the 77 District Court. The administrative services for these courts are taken care of through the Administrative Office of the Courts which acts as the overseer for these courts. The Supreme Court is in charge of handling all issues of a civil nature while the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals works with cases of criminal matters. The members of these courts are appointed by the governor from a list of three names submitted by the Oklahoma Judicial Nominating Commission. The network is a complex system that main motive is provide justice to the state of Oklahoma and handle all matters in a fair manner.
